Vasireddy Venkatadri Institute of Technology (VVIT) was established in the year 2007, with an intake of 240 students in four B. Tech programs under Social Educational Trust in Nambur village, Guntur, AP, by Er. Vasireddy Vidya Sagar. The Koneru Lakshmaiah Charities was established as a trust in the year 1980 with its official address at Museum road, Governorpet, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh 520 002 and started KL College of Engineering in the Academic year 1980-81.

KLEF Deemed to be University was established in 1980-81, as KL College of Engineering, which was upgraded to KL College of Engineering Autonomous in 2006 by UGC, and was declared as a Deemed to be University in 2009 by UGC, MHRD Govt.of India. In 2012 as a Deemed to be University the institution was accredited by NAAC with A Grade and later in 2018, was re-accredited by NAAC with A++ grade. Institute of Aeronautical Engineering (IARE), Hyderabad was established in the year 2000 and is run by Maruthi Educational Society founded by a devoted group of eminent professional and industrialists having a long and outstanding experience in educational system with a mission ‘Education for Liberation’. It is the first institute to start B.Tech program in Aeronautical Engineering in the state of Telangana and has gradually transformed itself into an integrated multi-disciplinary technological institute. It is the most preferred institute with 100% admissions in the state of Telangana.

IARE is a prestigious Autonomous engineering college offering eleven B.Tech programs Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), CSE (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning), CSE (Data Science), CSE (Cyber Security), Information Technology, Computer Science and Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering and six M.Tech programs in engineering and MBA (Master of Business Administration) with 23 years of rich standing in the educational sphere.
